EKON BAN ON DRUM AND NOISE MAKING
Ekon Apayem Festival has commenced today midnight by *putting ban on drums and noise making* in the community.
This is the first action taking every year to allow the gods of Ekon to communicate and also the festish priests to commence the ritual for the gods.
The mmutu lagoon is equally ban from fishing in it and going in to it too.
Anyone found guilty will brought to the commitee and will be sanctioned.
Nana Kwame Edu Ababio, King of Ekon is yet to celebrate his first Apayem in his tenure as the chief of Ekon.
