Celebrated Ghanaian music producer David Kojo Kyei popularly known as Kaywa loses mum.
The CEO of Highly Spiritual Music made this announcement via his social media pages on Friday, March 31 which happens to be his birthday.
Kaywa shared a photo of his mum and called on his followers to celebrate her for her impact on his life.
“Rest in perfect peace mum. You chose the day you gave birth to me to go. I wish my loved ones will post you instead of me, because you’re the reason for my existence,” Kaywa captioned the post.
Kaywa’s mum passed on a day a celebratory event had been prepared to mark his birthday.
Despite the unexpected incident, the show still came off with performance by Joyce Blessing, MOG music and Sisi Baidoo.
