Fully Funded Portugal Scholarships 2023-2024: Study for free in Portuguese Universities: Recently, among international students, Portugal has emerged as one of the most alluring study abroad destinations. Competitive schools, stunning scenery, exquisite food, a rich history, a wide range of educational options, scholarship opportunities, etc. are some of the explanations.
The Directorate-General for Higher Education (DGES) oversees the majority of government-funded scholarship programs.
